Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of aeepicks.com and the content on it, including insights, the track record, sample insights and the AEE Props Simulator (together, "the Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Information only, not advice
Everything on the Site is sports data, analysis and research provided for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal or betting advice, and it is not a recommendation to place any wager. AEE does not accept bets or hold funds. Any decision you make is yours alone.
No guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. AEE makes no promise of accuracy, completeness, profit or any particular result. Past performance, including the published track record, doesn't predict future results. Odds, lines and availability change quickly, and prices shown on the Site, including archived examples in the props simulator, may be out of date, estimated or not available at any sportsbook.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (21 where required) and responsible for confirming that sports wagering is legal where you are before acting on any content.
Membership and waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn't create a membership or any obligation for either side. Membership terms and any pricing are shared when a cohort is invited and apply only if you accept them.
Acceptable use
Please don't copy, resell or redistribute Site content for commercial use without written permission, try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or use automated tools to pull content in bulk.
Third-party links
The Site links to outside sources such as league, team and news sites. AEE isn't responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, AEE isn't liable for any losses, including wagering losses, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the current terms.
